We booked this service to and from the airport, and they failed to show at the airport to pick us up. The response, when we called the company, was that they had no one to send. A very weak appology. If you plan to get somewhere on time, use a different service. Putting a star in the above is mandatory. If not, I would not have given a half star, as no service = no star!
