Just last week I went shopping for a dining room light. SO I looked at tons of lighting stores, most offered lack of help and lack of service. But then I went to Cartwright Lighting I was greeted by the most amazing sales member. His name was Jonathan, He is amazing He showed me all kinds of ideas, He helped me narrow it down to the perfect light and it wasn't instock but he found out he could get it in a week. Now my light is installed and looks amazing. All my friends and family comment on it. If you are ever looking for a real expert I would recommend Cartwright Lighting and Jonathan

I purchased lights thru Cartwright almost a year ago when we built our house. They have been by 5X since we moved in 3 months ago, and EVERYTIME there has been a problem with the installation to parts missing etc and our lights are STILL not installed. Service is the PITS!!!! Will never buy from them again.

Went through 4 salespeople before one decide they weren't too busy to help. Clear disconnect between service and sales as they like to use one or the other for buffer to any issues that arise.
