We are a locally owned small business offering Therapeutic Massage, Acupuncture and Fitness Services. We are focused on helping the community reach their health and wellness goals. Our highly skilled providers are professional, licensed and insured. Our providers are trained in various techniques such as deep tissue massage, sports massage, reflexology, medical massage, orthopedic massage, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, and Swedish (relaxation) massage. We are unique to the Central New York marketplace because our providers are dually certified as personal trainers, yoga instructors, or martial arts instructors.
