While many of our members primarily use the Center to work out, we also offer health-related classes and programs you would never find at a regular gym. Our health and fitness professionals include nurses, licensed dietitians, and professionally certified fitness instructors. Class offerings focus on total wellness, ranging from barre sculpt classes to mind/body practices such as yoga and meditation.
