Each rehearsal room has its own air conditioning unit so you can fine-tune the temperature to your liking. Our building features key-coded entry, ensuring only authorized individuals can access the premises. Many rooms have windows, providing ample natural light and fresh air. Navigating the building is a breeze, with elevators on every floor, making loading and unloading gear a cinch. Our facility is also under 24-hour video surveillance using security cameras, giving you peace of mind knowing that your belongings are secure. Our location is easily accessible, with major freeways nearby. In addition, we offer convenient parking and a load-in area, ensuring that you can get in and out quickly. We offer affordable practice space rental rates, and bands can share a room to cut down on costs. Our studio space rehearsal rooms range from 60 sq. feet to 400 sq. feet, so you can choose a space that suits your needs. Stay connected with our free Wi-Fi and use our in-house manager's expertise. All practice rooms are acoustically sound, with plenty of wall outlets and power to accommodate your equipment. We offer hourly rentals upon request so you can practice on your own schedule. We also have studios available for band and DJ rehearsal, drum practice and lessons, art, painting, or any other creative pursuit.
