Balmoral Home Style Laundry

I made a call to this business to ask about the price of loads before coming down to wash my clothes, and the employee/manager cut me off on my second question asking if I was coming to wash my clothes or if I was just checking out laundromats. I told her I was coming down, and that she had been quite helpful enough. That was indeed a lie, I will not be washing my clothes there, because an owner like this simply does not deserve business. She actually stated that the reason she was laughing was because she had received 3 calls in the last 1/2 hour. Wow, almost like you're at work or something. Disappointing that this is the best customer service she could muster up to someone who was being quite polite and considering using them as a business. Way to chase customers away.
