Dirty smelly hole in the wall operation. Over priced broken down machines and if you have any problems the off site attendant will make sure you have more. NEVER going back again.

Id say no stars but you have to give at least one! The place stinks, smells like something died in there. 30% of the machines were out of order and the washers look like they are from the 90's and are so small! I laughed at the sign that read "double load washers". I got 3 bath towels in and it was full. What a rip off too. The prices sucked. I'll wait till we get our new washer. Thanks but no thanks.

This morning I spent two hours at the Hunterhorn Coin Laundry. When I first got there a lady had lost her coins in a washer because the coins got jammed. She called the attendant on her cell. The attendant did not believe her until a witness got on the phone and confirmed that the lady was telling the truth. The attendant then came to the laundromat twenty minutes later and continued to argue with the lady. Eventually the attendant got a tool and began to pick at the coins that were jammed in the washer. In the meantime another customer asked the attendant to help with a washer that did not spin dry a load. The attendant said that the load was too big (even though it was smaller than a load that had successfully spun dried in the washer next to it). This customer moved the wet clothes into the other washer and asked the attendant to start the machine again. The clothes were then successfully spun dried. Again another lady asked the attendant to help when her washer would not accept her coins. The attendant explained that some of the machines do not accept new coins (where are the signs indicating this?!). This lady had to ask other customers for old coins so that she could do her wash. During this time it was discovered that at least two washers did not accept new coins. Back to the beginning (with the irate lady who lost her coins in the washer) the attendant eventually called for a repair person to come. The lady asked for a refund but the attendant refused (maybe waiting for the repairman to come first?). The lady ranted longer until finally the attendant relented. The attendant asked to borrow money from another customer, refunded the lady, and then the lady left. (Ahh, sweet peace!) By the way, the attendant was seen to have access to coins from another machine when she used her key to open the coin holder. The attendant then left the laundromat to get money to pay back what she borrowed. During this two hour experience customers were telling other customers about which machines to use and not to use. All while the attendant was there but did not put signs out to inform about machines that did not work. As you can guess, this was not the best experience that could be had at a laundromat. I would say that for customer service at the Hunterhorn Coin Laundry I would definitely give a rating of zero out of five!

I lost $5 when the coin tray jammed in a wash machine. There was no attendant around to help me and although I called the number several times for assistance I never received a call back. I'll never visit that laundromat again.
