Great help from Mr. OH today. First time I did the laundry - looks like i put a lot of laundry detergent in a two Max Load Machine. I have to repeat the process and run out of coins. Will be late in my appointment, Mr. OH from Laundromat offer to use the Laundry Machine and Dryer free of charge - thanks a lot Mr. OH
I have been complaining to management for almost 2 yrs that dryers don`t work --- today I used dryers 19 and 20 ---- in dryer 19 had 3 towels and a few dishclothes -- 50 minutes later towel still not dry, dryer 20 I had 1 pair of jeans, socks and a few other pieces - took over 45 minutes to dry. Spoke to management and he has lots of excuses - loads to small, loads to large and lastly - door was open-----I assume he meant rubber on door damaged. He also claims has had no complains - told him no because people keep putting the money in because they need to dry clothes and more money for him - why fix them. I would not recommend this laundromat - gets costly and most washers are very old and dryers old and dont work very good.
My husband and I have been doing our laundry at Sun Laundromat for 5 or 6 years. It boasts a very clean and friendly environment. It has a lot of machines including regular, double and triple loaders and a lot of space for folding your clothes. The owner is a very friendly man with great customer service skills. The machines are clean and in good repair. I would highly recommend this place . It's the BEST!!!
This is the best laundry mart u will ever find! Good customer service , friendly environment, the environment is clean! The owner is great, keep up the good work and God bless. I recommend this place to all.
We live in Pickering and found Sun Laundromat by doing a google search. It is very important that I wash my clothes in a clean facility with up-to-date machines. I don't like the ones in Pickering. I found Sun's Laundromat met my needs. I was really impressed by the owner's customer service. He was very approachable, friendly and helpful. If your looking for a place try Sun's.
