Bruce Coin Laundry & Variety

I had been using these guys since I moved in to the area about a year ago for wash dry a fold as well as Dry cleaning. I recently picked up my shirts only to discover that the buttons were all chipped and bleached bright white. I took the shirt back and he tried to tell me that the shirt was like that before. After much ridiculous argument in broken english, he agreed to replace the buttons. I then in turn gave him another chance and dropped of my dry cleaning again. Later that week I went to pick up my dry cleaning and asked for the shirt with the replaced buttons. He handed a plastic bag with the shirt balled up in it. I then inspected it to reveal that only some of the buttons were replaced, and he then proceed to argue with me that is was not his fault. I will never be back and I urge anyone else not to use this drycleaner for the following reasons.

1, They are unaccountable for their actions when they ruin your things.
2, They keep poor hours, they do not open early in the morning
4, They do not offer fast service it takes up to 4 days to get your dry-cleaning back.
I put up with these other things because they seemed like nice people but due to how they deal with things when they go wrong I will never be back
