From that perspective, we must roll back to the three “A’s” Dr. Holds learned in medical school over 30 years ago – affable, available and able. We do our best to provide a friendly and comfortable environment that allows patients to make decisions and undergo treatment in a non-threatening fashion. We must also be available, and the practice has always strived to have access and health insurance participation to allow care to those in need, working hard to see emergency patients whenever needed.
