They do not care for others but themselves.
This company lacks customer service, training and hiring good people.
And if you have problems with any issue. What does leisure pool do? Nothing !!
It takes my time to go on the Internet to get my voice heard.

Leisure Pools of Toronto is completing a project in Markham, in which their client's backyard backs onto Kennedy, a major regional road. Of course with a permit, the company feels they have the right to block off one lane for over a week so they could have easy access to the backyard. This is during rush hour every morning until they end the day around 5-6 pm. At times they had multiple heavy machinery, and at times, there was only one pick up truck that could easily have parked in the residential street. Multiple complaints were filed about this congestion and irresponsible permit use when the blockage is not for road maintenance, or for the service of the city. Imagine the frustration of everyone passing by, looking at your sign and thinking "I will never go with that company" Their work destroyed the stretch of lawn that boarders our walkway. Business ethics include responsibility and common sense. Thank you.
We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. We were requested by the customer to go in through the back, and this is not what we wanted to do either. It also caused us multiple headaches using Kennedy Rd as the access--our deliveries and work days were not to our liking either, and required a lot of city red tape including multiple permits and fees, which we obviously would like to have avoided. Again, our apologies.
They seem nice at first if they receive money meet them , sign up with them but as time goes on you will realize there character.
This was a terrible experience ever and to make one person happy you guys upset the the majority neighbourhood.
Stupids people !!

No consideration to the general silent minority the public.
Numerous complaints about your company work ethics ,staff, tools,
Procedures.
Not a reputable
Customer service !
Is everybody not just the paying customer.
In conclusion this company needs new management not well run.

Leisure Pools of Toronto installed our new fiberglass pool in June of 2013. Alex and his crew were absolutely fantastic to work with. They did a great job with our installation and were very careful to minimize the damage to the property and access point. Each member of the crew was very friendly and knowledgeable and they were a pleasure to have around. I am pretty picky about who works on my property and I would have no reservations about recommending Leisure Pools of Toronto to anyone.

I hightly recommend this company to anyone who is considering a fibreglass pool. I wanted one company to do all the work from installation of the pool to the landscape work. Customer statisfaction is of high priority for Leisure Pools of Toronto and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
