Decent Italian food in a very cool, unique and setting. I had Calamari and the veal for mains, which were both great. They also have very good cocktails. The waiters were also very attentive.

We held our wedding here Oct18th and it was the most PERFECT venue I could have ever asked for. Every single detail from the decor, to the food, to the staff, to the planning was IMPECCABLE and completely flawless. Working with Victoria leading up to the big day was seamless and she was so lovely and fun to work with. On the day of, Jill, Alex, Stuart, Shiloh and the rest of the staff were AMAZING, and we had many guests come up to us gushing about the food and the service. They as a bride you're too busy to eat, but absolutely nothing could get between me and my eggplant parm. The entire staff was calm, helpful and anticipated our every need. They were flexible and kind and truly made the day what it was. The decor made for the PERFECT backdrop in every single photo, and of course the 4 course dinner was literally perfection. After our dinner we turned the carousel bar into our dance floor and needless to say it was an absolute hit (especially the carousel horse). If I could do it all over again I would get married at Piano Piano Colbourne every single time!!! I would give them 100 stars if I could, I can't wait to come back every anniversary and genuinely can't recommend them enough for events of any size. xo

Great place for an Italian dinner.
Beautiful atmosphere and great service.
Staff are fairly on point and even though the place is fairly busy they are reasonably on time.

Food was very good and tasty.
Priced as a premium experience pushing $27 per 12" pizza and $20 - 30 for past a dishes.

Entre items are north of $50 going to $100 for the steak and lamb options.

Great wine selection that was not big but big enough.

I would give this place a 9/10

At almost $150 /pp it was a bit high for the type of place.
Even without drinks we would have been at $100 pp which is a bit pricy for Italian.

A lot of people came and just share 1 - 2 dishes for the experience.
Most of the tables beside us were one pizza or salad to share with pasta entre each and one dessert to share.

Great food and Highly recommended based on your budget.

We stopped by here for a date night and I'm so glad we did! The food and atmosphere were perfect, outdone only by our fabulous server Jill who went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us woth the menu, making our night and perfect and special as could be. We will definitely be returning :)

Everything was absolutely amazing! We ordered three pizzas (Fun Guy, Bacon Alfredo, and People's Champion). All three were delicious, and each had plenty of toppings. We also ordered desserts (lemon cheesecake, tiramisu, and carrot cake). They were all delicious. For drinks, we ordered the Piano Piano 0% Spritz, and it was also delicious.

The service was very good; the girl who served us was very kind and polite.

The atmosphere was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! We took lots of photos in the restaurant; we really loved the decor.

We stopped in for the lunch special at Piano Piano, and it was absolutely perfect. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, and the service was warm and attentive without being overbearing. Everything from start to finish felt effortless and enjoyable. It’s the kind of spot you leave already looking forward to your next visit—I’ll definitely be coming back.

Went here for a birthday dinner and sat downstairs. The decoration and setting was beautiful. I ordered the hot rod pizza and the canestri, both were delicious. Also had a sun never sets, which could've been better. I think it lacked a bit of flavor and I expected more for the price.
The atmosphere itself was a bit annoying because there were speakers on the walls on top of every table. As more people sat down, the harder it was to hear each other from across the table.

I recently hosted my friend’s bridal dinner here, and the experience was so lovely. First of all their rose room is stunning and great for a party of 16. The Decor of the whole restaurant is so unique, but the warmth of that private room was just beyond. We did a family style menu and there was more food than anyone Could crave or want! The food was delicious and the staff were so attentive . The value for the price we paid was really good!

If you can, sit downstairs; it’s cozy and eclectic and romantic. Piano Piano is one of those places you can always get reliable Italian food. I personally prefer the egg yolk ravioli and truffle cavatelli pastas!

We visited around 4:30 PM without a reservation and were seated quickly, which was a nice start. We ordered two main dishes and two desserts. The main dishes arrived within about 20 minutes - service was prompt and efficient.

However, the pace felt a bit rushed. Our plates and cutlery were cleared almost immediately after our last bite, which, while efficient, made the experience feel hurried. Toward the end of the meal, we were asked to be mindful of time due to a reservation for the table, which added some pressure to wrap up.

Overall, the food came quickly and service was attentive, but the rushed atmosphere impacted the dining experience slightly.

Decadent atmosphere that takes you back in time to an older night club vibe. The walls were draped in velvet. Food was decent and quite delicious, woth higher end prices. Drinks didn’t quite cut it though.

Various table settings with upstairs and downstairs. We went in a Monday night and most of the tables were full, with many more patrons that kept coming. Ambience was a bit loud for conversation. Mixed generational patrons but mostly younger crowd who enjoy dressing up for dinner.

I love a themed restaurant. this one does it in a non-tacky way. I originally came to see the merry go round bar but found so many other awesome design choices. Their bathroom is so cool and even has an award plaque. I had a half burratta appetizer and it was delicious. They work to accommodate you here which I appreciate. It's typical pricing for a resto downtown but the ambiance makes it so worth it.

Piano Piano definitely impressed us with both its food and atmosphere. We arrived without a reservation and were lucky enough to be seated with the understanding that we’d need to finish before the next reservation slot huge thanks to the gracious hostess for making it work!

The space has a stylish yet comfortable feel. We were initially a bit unsure about the dress code, but quickly realized it’s a relaxed and welcoming environment no need to be overly dressed up.

Everything we ordered was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavour. The marinated olives were a simple but perfect way to start. The standout for us was the Egg Yolk Ravioli with Truffle rich, decadent, and absolutely worth adding the truffle. The Godmother Pizza, recommended by our server, had a great balance of toppings. We also enjoyed the Caesar Salad, which was fresh and well-seasoned.

Overall, this place lives up to its reputation great service, quality ingredients, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend booking ahead and treating yourself to the ravioli!

Our group arrived at Piano Piano in two waves—half at 8:30 and the rest by 8:45. Despite being seated, no one approached our table until 9:05, when we had to flag down a server ourselves.

We ordered drinks, but only one glass of wine arrived promptly. The rest of the beverages took an additional 15 minutes to appear. Appetizers were also slow to arrive, though their quality was acceptable.

We ordered our mains while still eating our starters, yet there was an extended delay once again. After the table was cleared, there was a 30-minute stretch with nothing served and no server interaction.

Once we finished our mains, the server briefly returned to ask if we wanted coffee and dropped off dessert menus—but then disappeared for 20 minutes before returning to take dessert orders. The carrot cake, to its credit, was exceptional—possibly one of the best in the city.

However, once dessert was finished, we were left waiting over 30 minutes before finally flagging down the server again just to receive the bill.

While the restaurant was busy, it wasn’t so overwhelmed that this level of inattentive service could be justified. We later speculated that the automatic 20% gratuity added for our party of six may have contributed to the indifference, as it seemed the server felt no need to provide quality service with the tip already secured.

In the end, our group agreed: if we ever crave the carrot cake again, we’ll order it to go—but we won’t return for dinner. Not worth 700$ for 6 people.

The service is incredible. The server's really willing to help us choose the best options. There is a lunch special $36 per person but we didn't take it. We chose to order a la cart instead and it's perfect! The atmosphere is gorgeous, good for friend, family and date!

The space is beautiful, they have different rooms and spaces that can accommodate any occasion. Our group of 8 was seated on the main level towards the back of the restaurant in a cozy and intimate nook. We had a vegetarian family style dinner. Every dish was delicious but the highlights were the appetizer platter with arancini and whipped ricotta toasts, then the mushroom pizza was perfect with a charred and crispy crust. The pomodoro ravioli was tasty and had a nice spice kick to it. For the main course we were served their crispy potato dish which was insanely delicious and addictive, along with brussel sprouts, eggplant parm and cauliflower steaks. It was way too much food but they packed the leftovers for us to take home.
