GFY Kitchen, A.K.A. GLUTEN FREE YOURSELF is a Texas original, Austin based fully dedicated gluten-free bakery. All of our small batch, artisinal, cold fermented breads and delicious pastries are baked from scratch, by hand from our proprietary gluten-free and nut free flour blends. Unlike some store bought brands, our products do NOT contain any preservatives, artificial ingredients, canola oil, palm oil, or corn products. Our foods can be found at the Texas Farmers' market at Mueller on Sundays, in select boutique shops and local restaurants throughout Austin. We offer curbside pick up and home delivery services. Our specialties include plain, everything & cinnamon raisin bagels; plain, sesame seeded & asiago cheese baguettes, pizza crusts, sliced bread and Kaiser rolls (aka burger buns). Our pastries include a variety of chocolate chip cookies, take-and-bake at home cookie dough, lemon bars, 5 flavors of toaster pies (aka pop tarts), muffins, cinnamon rolls and brownies.
