Effective Oct. 1, Memorial Therapy Clinic moved from 1440 W. Walnut St. to JMH. The entrance to the new Therapy Clinic is located on the north side of the hospital. Patients should park in the Blue Lot, which can be accessed via Founders Lane and the north parking lot. The office contact information and operating hours will remain the same.
