Kelly L. Smith, FNP-C, completed her masters of science in nursing at Ball State University in Muncie, IN. She has worked as a perioperative RN for fifteen years and six years as a nurse practitioner in family practice, urgent care and occupational health. Kelly is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Kelly has a special interest in preventive health. She loves to help people achieve a healthy lifestyle and reach their personal health goals. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family going to her kids' sporting and school events.
