Ontario Diagnostic Centres X-Ray & Ultrasound

My experience here was good. I found the front office and technicians very professional and kind.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS I WOULD. They are absolutely horrible. the technician was dry and cold. The people at the office had a hard time to find my doctor to send the report too, isn''t it that their job? Then the radiologist kept out the MOST important information because of a stupid typo. Clearly not fit for the job. Can't even write a proper report. DO NOT GET UR MEDICAL WORK DONE HERE. Go anywhere else in Mississauga. Very Very disappointed.

Usually not much of a wait which is a big bonus. I have had no problems with the service here.

From the front desk staff to the radiology technicians, most of the staff are cold and unfriendly and not welcoming considering its within the medical profession..

Poor customer service. They seem to hate their jobs. Maybe time for a career change.. Just a thought.
