Family Matters Centre (FMC) offers in-person individual counselling and therapeutic groups for kids, adolescents, and teens in the Burlington, Oakville, Milton, and Hamilton areas. We have experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxious, angry, and depressed children and teens.
