However, the owner could use some lessons in customer service. He is very abrupt and border line rude to his customers.

Poor customer service and rude management. I had a birthday party for my son in Feb 2012 and all the kids had a horrible experience. They wanted to get the party room cleared out as soon as possible, it was rush, rush, rush. No consideration for parents with babies. Avoid this place at all costs, have your kids entertainment and fun somewhere else where your business is appreciated.
