Rebecca Smart, MPH, MSN, NNP-BC, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 30+ years of experience in caring for patients in Connecticut. She began her Nurse Practitioner career with a passion for maternal child health as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner before expanding to family practice. She brings a wealth of experience in supporting acute and chronic care needs of patients and families in a variety of settings. Most recently she worked with Multiple Sclerosis patients where she managed their acute and long-term needs, IV infusions, rehabilitation, and community support and access. She enjoys working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. She prides herself in patient education and empowerment, communication and follow-up.
