This coming fall will be 8 years since I had my kitchen renovated and its still not completed.
my counter top was never insulted properly,
my cabinets do not match or meet when they close,
my sink leaks and has been looked at so many times I have lost count,I have a bucket under the sink to collect water and hold up the wood supports that hold up the sink (what a novel idea).... every employee who comes to fix it... thinks they " fixed it", but the last visit the guy screwed in the wood supports so tight that my sink bent and water collects and I am always left with a little amount that I have to manually push to the drain,
my counter top was never cut properly to fit my sink so I am forever cleaning the rim of gung, I have to be careful when doing the dishes so that water does not leak through where the sink and counter top meet, because the water runs down the walls of my cabinets and after every time I do a load of dishes I have to wipe the cabinets under the sink,
my hood cover is "still being made" numerous times I was told that my hood cover was made/ then I was told they were working on my hood cover, never the less I still don"t have it
(my mother calls my kitchen the Sistine Chapel, so long to complete)
I called the company three times in the last few months and have not received a call back.
Numerous phone calls through out the years, many visits and so many broken promises.
Joe and his staff are very nice people but its the work ethics that I was disappointed with.I have been very patience with this company and I'm not pleased at all with their lack of responsibly.I saved for so many years do have my kitchen redone and am so frustrated with this whole ordeal.

This company is one that I did recommend to one of my best friends.They where very professional and their workmanship was awesome.They redesigned my kitchen for maximum efficiency.They where very prompt and true to their word.
