I had a ring designed which I thought looked beautiful. But within 2 yrs the diamond fell out and this ring was valued over $15,000. I called them and sent them pictures. I live in BC and they tell me I have to show up in person "to see if if it is warrantable" this is 19 hrs AWAY ... THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I paid my money and they should back up their workmanship. I would not recommend them... I am now looking lto fix their F!ck up that has left m without a diamond that my son found when he was a child and now has passed. I will Not recommend Them at all

I have gone back many times, to buy jewelry both for myself and my wife; the prices are always competitive and the service has always been great. Dale has designed a ring for me and I loved it. He was easy to work with, and did just what I wanted. If you want a custom ring go no where else! They will get it done and get it done and at the right price. I would go no where else to buy my jewelry.

this company has done many repairs of my jewellery and has also handmade a few custom designed rings for myself. they worked with my budget. they were honest and knowledgable - completely willing to explain things to me. best of all - they're wholesale, which helps a lot considering the current economy and the price of gold. after doing service with them, i doubt i would go anywhere else - even if somewhere else was more convenient.
