We are a mother and daughter duo with over 40 years of combined business experience and a genuine passion for Caribbean foods. One half of this duo is Kareem Levy, a dedicated young woman who studied Business Administration at Humber College. She continued her studies in accounting at York University and was employed at The Keg Steakhouse and Bar as a Team Lead in the kitchen where she amassed much experience and knowledge. Yvonne Parchment has over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur. During this time, she developed a strong sense of money management and quality assurance.
