Tara Smith, N.P., is a board-certified family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received both her Bachelors and Masters of Science in nursing from Troy University. She obtained her Associates Degree in Nursing from Gordon College. She specializes in pediatric neurology and general pediatric care.
