I was very unhappy with their service. My friend bought me a reflections bracelet that required a larger size. In FEB we ordered a longer bracelet along with a charm. 8 months later & a few phone calls from my friend & the items were still not in. Last week I dropped in & the bracelet was reordered . We picked up the bracelet today- perfect fit. However the employees were uninformed about their products & not very warm. Needless to say we didn't order a new charm to replace the one ordered in feb that they failed to call us about ever. We will take our business else where, I would never recommend purchasing there as they don't follow through on their orders . They don't know what products they carry & they seemed arrogant & cold.
