I HAD MY RINDS REPAIRED FROM THE DAMAGE THE CRAP PLACE MELECA JEWELLERY DID AND I WANTED EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT MY 24K WHITE GOLD RINGS WERE CONFIRMED TO BE SOLDERED IN SILVER - NOT GOLD!!!!!!!! I THINK I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER TO THE BBB- I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

CRAP! NO STARS but was being asked so had to do 1/2 which is still too generous!

Finally a site that will not delete or filter my honest review based on experience!!!!!!!!!!!!! Buyer please beware.... if you know anything about quality then you would know this place is indeed a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This store located in Central Parkway is complete crap and yes I totally agree with the previous writer who wrote SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. Here's my story: I had 2 beautiful white-gold rhodium plated rings to be sized. My sister recommended this place... said it was reasonable, the owner was super nice blab blab blab so I took them in {my rings are not cheap- quality of diamond of diamond is great with 24K white gold}. I was very specific- about the craftsmanship and he it would look better then before- perfect!!!!!!!!! So when I picked up my rings I tried them on and was super thrilled they fit- happy- went home. At home under natural light I noticed my rings were yellow looking??????????? I googled white gold looking yellow {something like that} and to my surprised it said that the gold was not Rhodium plated so I called the location asked them why my rings look yellow- they said it would rub off and look white again- I said what the hell??????? then she said - come on in and we'll take a look at them - then she called the man- the owner and he said to come in- I just asked them "have my rings been Rhodium plated?" he said well no you have to buy extra and ask for it- I flipped! White gold and Rhodium go hand in hand- bull you have to ask for it- it's white gold for a reason because it's been Rhodium plated!!!!!!!!!!! So I went in left my rings with them------------ it gets better {bare with me}. Picked up my rings again and this time I noticed that the area where the rings were cut, soldered or brazed together were blackish.... he took them and said he needed to buff them- whatever. Went home feeling uneasy about this. A couple of days later, the ring were yellow again- took them to Michael Hill, Mappins and a The Diamond Collection at Dixie Mall {Why I never went any of these places is beyond me- stupid girl just trying to save a buck!}. They all flipped when they saw the work on my ring- gets even better- they all confirmed that my rings were NOT Rhodium plated and that the 'brushing' marks of the work done was too visible- should be smooth- as well----------- dame crappy place soldered my rings with METAL rather then golddddddddddddddddddddd............... I even asked the first time upon dropping my rings to them if the job would be done in white gold and he said "of course"- lairs!!!!!!!!!!!!! So to make this story long- I had one ring Rhodium plated and buffed.......... guess what- the 'solder part' turned black again and the jeweler said that they need to cut that part out and replace it with GOLD then will buff and rhodium plate it again- that the Rhodium plating isn't adhering to the metal they used.......... no one could believe what a terrible job they did. I wrote to them to express my disapproval- never responded to my email and yes they received it! They could keep my $110.00- I hope Karma gets them! These are my rings- they haven't been fixed yet. What a crap place with crap service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Scammers!!!!!

l have been shopping for about 8 years at your store, and each time you have been patient and kind . Whether it is a repair or buying a new item , you treat your customers first class. Now once again l am enquiring about an item and your sales lady is going above and beyond what most stores would do . l am so impressed and will always spread the good customer service that you provide. l got your name from a dear friend who has shopped there for about 20 years. The store has a great selection of jewelry and gifts. Prices are competitive.

knowledgeable, and caring. brought my grandma's ring in recently and took care of it as it was their own. It is very hard to find a store like this anywhere. as for the price it is more than competitive, you will be surprised.

Meleca Jewelry is a hidden jewel in itself. Fred, the owner is personable and friendly. I bought my wife's retirement ring along with a few other pieces there and found the prices excellent. Cleaning and maintenance for my watch is always handled by Fred or his wife Hugette. You should come and check it out. John M

Fred, the owner, makes you feel like your a part of the family. His employees Jill and Anne have been there for years and are very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful The service is always consistent. If this is not enough to convince anyone to visit Meleca Jewellers I know their PRICES will be. They have quality products at very affordable prices. It is always a pleasure to shop there, or even just go in for a fiendly visit. Keep up the GREAT work. These days quality service is difficult to come by.
