Brought a Zeppelin watch to have a battery replaced. They said no problem, they can do it. It was to be 15 dollars, which was more than reasonable. After 15 min of messing around, the jeweller came out looking confused at the fact the chronograph ticked backwards. Didn't seem like a good sign that he wasn't aware of how the near 1000 dollar watch he had just taken apart worked... I was given the watch and had noticed resting point for the chronographs hands was now wrong. They said it was like that...
I told them it wasn't messed up when I brought it in and their response was "it wasn't us, see?" and they opened it up and put it back together again. the rest points for the hands moved again... They then asked me to pay for the battery and then send my watch to the manufacturer to have it repaired at my own expense!
After some light argument, they reluctantly didn't charge me.
Will not go there again. If you don't know how to fix a watch, don't try and then charge me for your mess up...

I bought an engagement ring and later on the wedding rings as well. Definitely nobody trying to push or sell me on anything, but were very knowledgeable when asked for information. Had to resize a ring later on and they were happy to do it for us.
