Wife bought me White gold Chain & custom White gold bracelet for my Birthday. I bought Wife custom white gold bracelet and necklace. All purchases were done with many options and variety and the staff were very knowledgeable with good suggestions. The prices are very reasonable considering the price of gold . Thanks again Bellagio Jewelry.

My cherished wedding ring had been badly repaired many years ago. On a whim, I showed it to Antonio and after a long consultation, left it with him after he assured me it could be fixed. When I picked it up weeks later, I couldn't believe how wonderful it was. It actually looked better than when we bought it 30 years ago! Their high standards and pride of workmanship are a rare find. And their price for such a difficult job was quite unbelievable.
I will always be grateful to them for restoring my ring to its former beauty.

Bellagio's customer service was excellent. They corrected a problem with my wife's recently purchased diamond ring to our satisfaction. At no cost to us Bellagio's even upgraded the quality of the diamonds.

Typical make the sale and forget the customer even exists. You need to research on this stuff. There are a lot more experienced jewellers out there who will go the extra mile for you. Chain breaks 2 years down the road, they will repair it no charge. Bellagios...no way! Not to be trusted. The workmanship in the pieces is of low quality, the staff does a pretty crappy job at making you feel good about your purchase. Ask them "how solid is this chain? How long will it last?" They will tell you any style, even a hollow rope chain or herringbone chain will last forever. A respectable experienced jeweller will tell you the truth. Even if it means they will lose a sale. They make you think with the name Bellagio that they are an Italian jewellery store. WRONG! I give them a Big Fat ZERO star rating!!!!!!!!

I had a custom made engagement ring reset this past summer by Antonio. He and Bindu made the experience very enjoyable. The ring was set perfectly and the quality of the stones are exceptional. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this store to anybody . The staff are helpful and knowledgeable as well.
If you are looking for good value, this is your store!!!!

Quality very low,
Unprofessional people. Owner and his wife!
They don't stand behind their products...its like they had zero experience in jewellery or retail and decided to open a jewelry store.

I would recommend to anyone to buy their products elsewhere...the owner made an error in my custom work and refuses to acknowledge he made a mistake...blames the customer??

Don't shop there.

I agree with other post...the owner and staff are the ones submitting the positive reviews. If there are this many negatives just on one site, imaging how bad hey really are as a store.

I went to the store 4 days before Christmas. I wanted a family ring for my mother. Other stores I went to said it was not posssible to get a family ring in time for Christmas. At bellagios, I dealt with a lady. She assured me that they would be able to get a ring on time. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call on dec 23rd evening that my family ring was ready.

Very pleased with the quick service.

I was pressured into buying some jewelry a week before Xmas at the Oshawa Mall Bellagio outlet. I'm not a compulsive shopper and I told the salesperson that my wife was very hard to shop for as she was always looking for something really unique. I was about to walk away when she said to me to go ahead and buy it and if she doesn't like it, bring it back after Xmas. That's what I ended up doing, however, they have a N O R E F U N D policy, EXCHANGE ONLY! On top of that, my $387.00 exchange certificate expires after 1 year. I don't like the idea of possibly being forced into another transaction if I don't find something at this store that I or my wife likes. Whatever happened to customer satisfaction??
Comment by bellagio on Jan 10, 2014
Dear Customer

We have read your concern and would like to reply to the same. Please note that the store's exchange policy is very clearly indicated in our store at front and also on the wall. This is also very clearly indicated on the invoice. At no point, were you told that return is an option as it is not our store's policy. We do offer extended exchange time till January 15, 2014 or a store credit. The store credit issued to you does show an expiry date but as it was explained to you that is more so for paperwork and we don't let the store credits expire. You are able to utilize the store credit for multiple purchases and does not have to be used at the same time.

Our job is sales and we try our best to give you the best prices. You were given the best price and you choose to purchase the item at that time. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer satisfaction and strive to continue to do the same.

You are very welcome to come to our store and redeem the store credit and we will try our best.

I SPEND $5000 TO CUSTOMIZE 2 RINGS AT BELLAGIO. I love it, they went out of the way to make everything 14k YELLOW gold for me, Antonio was of great help, his staff and his wife Bindhu treated me like a VIP. I truly felt like Royalty at this jewelery store. My rings came out great and I am a real customer, my name is Eric if you ever ask Antonio about me I am sure he will tell you so IN SHORT THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW, I am a real 1st time customer and soon to be lifetime client of Bellagio's. I AM SHOCKED TO SEE SO MANY BAD REVIEWS, THIS LEADS ME TO WONDER... ARE ANY OF THESE BAD REVIEWS ABOUT THIS JEWELRY STORE TRUE? My guess is NO. YOU have to give this store a try... I am very happy with my purchase and I think you will be too, just tell BINDHU OR ANTONIO that ERIC RECOMMENDED IT TO YOU! The only ISSUE I HAVE with this place is ANTONIO CHARGED ME $20 DOLLARS ON AN APPRAISAL WHICH IM SURE HE HAD PROMISED ME, AFTER SPENDING 5000 DOLLARS I SHOULD BE GETTING A FREE APPRAISAL This is the only reason they are getting 4 out of 5 stars.

I bought 2 rings at Bellagio at Oshawa center today which took 3 weeks to make and complete. I must say I loved the work and Antonio along with his wife and staff made me feel like a complete Royalty at his store. Both my rings are done in Yellow Gold 14k and weighed in at 25Grams with big diamonds and a high grade Red Ruby from Burma, Antonio (the manager) made sure I got what I wanted and instant price matched/beat any competitor's price. Everyone at his location is very helpful and attentive. Guys you truly get what you pay for here at this Jewellery store. The 2nd ring in their store was a White Gold 2ct micro paved ring that I wanted in YELLOW GOLD so Antonio and staff placed a special order in to have it done in 14k Yellow gold (sure I had to wait longer but it was WORTH IT) I AM A 100% REAL CUSTOMER AND I'M SHOCKED TO SEE ALL THE POOR REVIEWS on this site. I AM SURE it is the COMPETITORS at the Oshawa Center trying to RUIN Bellagio's reputation. I do understand that if you are in the mall buying some cheap 10k or crappy silver jewellry you ARE NOT going to be treated like a royal VIP client... I SPENT $4800 there for both my rings and I am very happy. I do not understand why some of you are complaining... DONT BE EXPECTING THEM TO BOW DOWN AND LICK YOUR FEET IF ALLS YOU GOT IS A FEW HUNDRED BUCKS... THE REASON IM GIVING IT A 4 STAR RATING WAS BECAUSE antonio made me pay for my appraisal when he promised me he would include it for FREE with my rings... I had to pay a $20 dollar EXTRA for appraisal I was promised to be FREE of Charge as I NEVER agree to buy any rings without an appraisal. Otherwise it would have been a 5 STAR review. Thanks. Eric.

My fiance took a family heirloom into to be refurbished for my engagement ring and they did an alright job with it. I went back to get it sized and when I got it back I was happy until i realized that where they re-sized, there were beautiful flower engravings but it is now gone. its there on one side and completely erased on the other. engravings from the 1950's completely gone. I couldn't be more upset. When I took it back they promised they would fix it but I decided I couldn't take the chance that it would be ruined again so I am going elsewhere.

i bought a 50mm 24 inch rope chain ($1,900)from them and about 5 months down the road the rope chain started to fall apart. so i contacted the owner (man). and he said for me to come in and bring my ticket. So i went in and gave my ticket and asked what can be done. He told me that it couldnt be repaired and that to give him a week or so and he will do something for me. so I get a call from him about a week and half later and asked me to come in and that it was going to cost me an extra $160 cause the price of gold has gone up. So I went in and he not only didnt have my ticket he gave me an 35mm 22 inch chain. Now I gave him my only sales ticket so now I dont have proof that I bought a 50mm 24 inch chain. Now I am stuck with a chain that not only costs $1,600 nbut now Im out more than that so with this in mind dont but anything from this scammer.

I completely agree with the negative reviews. I inquired about a 10K gold chain which was an odd bronze colour. "Antonio" told me it was yellow, despite the fact it was bronze. Talked to a jeweller friend of mine whos been in the business for 40 years and was told that the chain more than likely had a very low gold content, less than 10K. My suggestion is to never shop at bellagios. Or if you are going to buy any gold pieces from them (for whatever dumb reason) make sure they do an ACID TEST on it first (provided that they know how to). Also, im sure any positive reviews on here are made by the owner, staff and their friends

Let me start by saying that I was so surprised and impressed with the wedding set my now husband had purchased from Bellagio. Well I wore it for a week when the main diamond fell out of the setting on the engagement ring, I was devistated and could not believe I was looking at the ring and the stone was gone. I went back to the store and they asked if I had a warranty, well no...no one asked him if he wanted one (strike one). Then they told us that silver is very soft and so "I must have caught the clasp on something and that was what made the stone fall out", so I had to pay to get a new stone put in and the setting fixed. Well 2 days after I picked it up and wore it again (that is the reason we get jewerly is to wear it) there were strand of threads on the clasps again, so I went back and showed the ladies that were working there it. They said once again "silver is very soft and things like this happen" to which I replied "if the jeweller knows that silver is soft would he not come up with a better setting" to which I received no reply, they took it again to fix. I am going to pick it up tonight and right there in the store I will run the ring against my sweater and if it gets caught they will see it for themselves. Now don't get me wrong, I truly love the set but it is a shame that I got married on August 14th and have only wore the set for a max of 3 weeks. If there is a problem again when I pick it up, I will not throw a fit but they really don't want me to do what is legally my responsiblity and go to the BBB because they are misrepresenting themselves by selling cheap made jewelery at high prices. I will also do a lot of telling family, friends, neighbours and even facebook about this bad business. I know way too many people in the newspaper business and TV as well as a lot of publishing companies (part of my job), I might even have flyers printed about that store being bad business and stand out front of the store handing them out to all that walk by. I would even tell anyone walking into the store how bad a business it is. I don't want to take this route but to fork out for the initial purchase and then another couple of hundred to fix something that should never have happen. We choose silver because it is the metal I like most and have LOTS of silver rings and they are far from being "soft". What they should have done was appoligize and fix the ring properly and much better than the condition it was sold in. If I am satified I will not write a review but if I am not, I will be here tomorrow to let everyone and anyone know.

This is long overdue, mainly because I feel like I can't even begin to capture how amazing my experience with Antonia and his business has been in words. Friends will attest, I can rave about this place for hours.

I've found a jeweler for life. The best thing is, that's their business motto! They are not looking for a quick sale, they are looking for a relationship. To be your one stop shop for all things jewelry. To educate you to a point where you can make a comfortable and satisfied decision about the jewelry you purchase.

How do I know this is true? Because Antonio proved it. He spent a year helping us find an engagement ring. That's right ladies and gentleman, one whole year. Countless meetings and emails, we kept going back and forth on what cut I wanted, the fact that we had to put jewelery shopping on hold when funds suddenly were strapped elsewhere, the fact that my fiance got lazy at one point and didn't follow up with him...seriously, I can't believe Antonio still talks to us.

The day I knew Antonio truly believes in building relationships was the day he told us to take our business elsewhere...let me explain. I had a specific setting in mind that required a special cut diamond that was not sold loose. Only a few jewelers sold this setting, Antonio was not one of them. He spent 2-3 sessions trying to recreate it with us using other cuts, but it just wasn't the same. He told us his honest opinion was that he didn't think saving the few hundred dollars was worth it, and to go buy the setting I really wanted elsewhere. Let me know if you've ever had a jeweler tell you to go somewhere else to buy jewelry.

The stories in between are long and many, but in the end we bought a beautiful round cut diamond from his store. The best way I can summarize is that he never pushed us into a decision we weren't ready for. He truly believes that if he puts his customer's best interests first, that their satisfaction from a sale will keep them coming back. On top of that, they really do make you feel like one of the family.

Thanks again to Antonio at Bellagio Jeweler's, I LOVE my ring. I 100% without a doubt find it PERFECT, and that could not have happened without them.

Since I've only been in this store once, I'll err on the side of caution and stop at 4 1/2 stars. Not that this suggests I doubt the excellent service, it's just I'm testing the waters.

One of my rings developed a clean break and I was no longer able to wear it. Some people jumped to the conclusion that I was filing divorce proceedings; this isn't the case. Rather, I was weighing my options of where to get it repair or just buy a new one. As it turns out, I was shopping for Christmas gifts at Oshawa center Mall at that point I came across Bellagio Jewelers and decided to give it a shot. Admittedly, I didn't check out any of the Huge selection of jewelry on display as I was in for a repair. About a week later, I was handed back my ring--looking like it did when I first bought it--and charged only $40 for fixing two cracks and polishing to make it look like brand new. Amazing!!!

The Owner was exceedingly polite and I'll be returning after the holidays to buy my wife Diamond Earrings for Valentine .
Thankyou v'll see you soon.

Bellagio Jewelers

My buddies have all purchased there engagement rings here so when I was looking I went there to see what they had.Antonio gave me a great education on the four c. He basically put it into English so I could understand what everything meant. Some of the other stores I went to just would confuse me. I shopped around for about a month and ended up back at Bellagio Jewelers. He was very easy to deal with. He actually made the ring I wanted from a picture my girlfriend had given to me. The ring came out awesome and the price was a little less than I expected. I would say I am a very tough person to deal with and Antonio had no problem with me and never made we feel pressured. My friends were all right about this store he has quality jewelry at great prices. He is my jeweler for life

I am really shocked to read all the negative feedback's for Bellagio Jewelers making me wonder are this feedback's really from the customers or from the competitors???,at least that's what i can guess from my personal experience.
I was in the mall on 23rd of dec,to get watch battery installed and links taken out for my watches, which also happens to be one of the busiest day for retail business.I went to every single jewelry store @ the mall but the only answer i got was, it will take couple of day..... or we don't do it.....? and some even said we are too busy, till i came to Bellagio Jewellers.Like all the other store they were very busy helping customers,i was in the store for exactly 2 min and a lady sales person approached and asked me if i need any help.I asked if i can have battery installed and links taken out of my watches, without any hesitation she said sure will take only 15 min, knowing how busy they were she could have easily made an excuse and have chosen to help other customer who were looking @ high dollar diamond rings instead of making $20 on a watch battery and links repair.I hoped she could do it in 15 min as i was very anxious to get out from the mad rush of last minute shoppers,to my surprise it took her only 8 minutes and i was out of their. Now that's what i call awesome service.I asked her what was her name, she said Bindu and i am the manager.I can imagine if the manager of the store is so efficient how the entire staff would be.While my short 8 min stay @ the store i noticed they carry name brand watches, being a watch collector myself can't keep my eyes off all the selection Bellagio had to offer.I didn't buy any watches then but the service i received, they have earned my business for life.I will be back for sure.
Thank you once again.

I went to the kiosk part of Bellagio Jewelers on November 19 2010 to purchase a "lucky horn" pendant for my boyfriend for Christmas. They didn't have exactly what I wanted in stock so they recommended that I special order the item. I purchased the pendant in full on a Friday and was told it would be in on the following Tuesday. On December 1 2010 I went back to the jewelers to see if the pendant was in yet as I had not yet been contacted (as they said they would when it arrived). I was told that the pendant had arrived at the other store and that the manager was on his way with it. I was a little perturbed that my order had obviously come in and that I was not contacted sooner however, I let it slide. When the manager, Antonio, arrived he literally went behind the counter and I watched him pull out a bag full of (what looked like) tons of silver pieces of jewelery. He picked through it for a few minutes and then gave one of the other employees the pendant to give to me. I was late for an appointment so I didn't have time to look at it properly but the first thing I noticed was that the bail on it was not attached to the pendant in one piece, it was clipped on. So I complained about the bail as it looked quite cheap and requested that it be one piece. Antonio turned around and said "If it's not the right size we can change it". My immediate response was that was not what I had requested. He then told me that if my boyfriend didn't like it then he could replace it. I didn't have time to argue with him and I was already late so I took the pendant and left. Later that evening with much hesitation I showed my boyfriend his future Christmas gift and we went and talked to his father about it as his father has a lucky horn pendant as well. We compared the quality and craftsmanship of the two and it was like night and day. The one I had purchased was scratched, had a crappy bail, was put together crookedly so the seams didn't match up and were extremely visible and it had a huge hole at the tip due to the piece being put together improperly. We immediately got in the car and drove back to the mall. We spoke directly with Antonio and he refused to give us a refund and told us we could come back the next day and he would replace it (the mall was closing in 15 minutes). My boyfriend and I stopped in at Michaels Jewelers on our way out of the mall for a second opinion on the pendant. The employee there was very helpful and examined the piece for us and said that it was very poorly made, the bail was incorrect and that we should get our money back. We then told her that Antonio refused to give our money back and she was surprised because she mentioned that her employer offered a 30 day money back guarantee. We went back December 2 2010 (the next day) and once again Antonio pulled out a bag full of trinkets and pulled out a few different horns. The ones he showed us as a replacement were just horrible looking if not worse. He still refused to give our money back and said it was store policy. We told him we didn't want his junk jewelry and demanded our money back with no resolve. We are now currently waiting for another replacement that Antonio says will arrive early next week. I am extremely disappointed in the product I was provided with and even more upset about the way my boyfriend and I have been treated thus far. I would definitely NOT recommend this jewelry store to ANYBODY!!!!

I've bought many things from these guys, and i am pleased to tell u the service that i receive from them is great! I had purchased 2 necklaces and a ring, with no doubt i got the best deal and plus i got an extra $50.00 gift card. Really happy with the service and if you are a shopper who is looking to save on your purchases, highly recommend, Bellagio Jewellers! Also, i believe that everyone has different views on a store, so better than criticizing we should acknowledge our mistakes!

We went to Bellagio Jewellers on Nov 12 to find an ID bracelet as a baptism gift, giving ourselves 2 1/2 weeks to get it. One of the young ladies at the kiosk portion of the store(in the mall) was very helpful and suggested we place a special order because we were looking for a particular piece in white gold. Our order was taken and we were told it would arrive in plenty of time for our event. After 10 days, we had not heard anything so we went into the store. They told us they had to look into it and would call us. 2 days later, we called the store only to be told they still had to look into it. An hour and a half later (3 days before the baptism) we got a call back telling us that our bracelet had been discontinued and there was nothing they could do.

We went into the store and we kept getting excuses as to how the night before, they had scrambled to find us something similar. Our argument to them was why didn't they call us sooner to tell us the situation and they kept saying "in our defense we were trying to find you something else". We also argued that we had to come in and make follow up calls or no one would have even told us. It is now 3 days before the baptism and we are without a gift. We went to other places in hopes of finding something and thankfully we did, had it engraved and now have a gift, however we had to pay an extra $40 for it. When we went back to the store, the manager was unwilling to compensate us in any way. He didn't seem to care about their lack of follow up, didn't even offer to pay for the cost of the engraving, nothing. HIS NAME IS ANTONIO AND HE SAYS HE IS THE OWNER/MANAGER. His service is absolutely despicable...believe me, what I have written here is actually alot more respectable than the way we were treated by Antonio. Please, if you are in the market to buy something of importance, I DO NOT RECOMMEND BELLAGIO JEWELLERS AT THE OSHAWA CENTRE!!
