Its a wonderful kids adventure place, alot of fun physical activities for kids all in one place. The staff are very helpful and polite.

This was my first time going there. It is an interesting place because of the type of exercise equipment they have. It is like ninja warrior stuff. They also have trampoline, wall climbing, and the run-up the ramp thing. It was quite exciting to see the kids doing this!!

We had a Birthday Party for my grandson.
The host was very nice to help us setup the room with decorations and the food .
The children had lots of fun climbing, swinging and playing on all the "stuff" they have.

Went here for a birthday party for the first time this weekend. Wow this place is perfect for 5-6+ year olds! They have some really creative obstacle courses and way more than Sky Zone. For some reason, there weren’t many people here on a Saturday afternoon and half of the birthday party rooms were empty which I actually loved. Sky zone in Springfield is waaayy too crowded and they book way too many parties back to back. That place is definitely going downhill with bad customer service also. Zara zone was way less crowded and way easier to get checked in with an old school manual paper/pen method by the party host. The only downside was that some of the staff were not paying much attention to the kids and were busy talking amongst themselves.. also my kids did get hurt a couple of times by falling but that’s inevitable in a place like this. They had a ton of ice packs handy so make sure to ask for some if you need them. Overall my kids had sooooo much fun and they were both sweating like crazy by the end and didn’t want to leave 😊

Had a big party for middle school kids and they had a blast! Not only did they have lots of fun, but the staff were so helpful with great customer service! What a wonderful experience all around! Will definitely be back! Perfect place for a birthday party or event!

this was an amazing court room

there were three black male staff members that were playing catch with a ball. they almost knocked over my kid and never said sorry or acknowledged the mistake.
the staff seems bored and uninterested in their jobs.

the activities are pretty good though but the equipment needs to be cleaned and maybe swapped out as they’re worn or dirty.

there is a lot of parking which is good as it gets busy on wknds and a few snack options to curb the hangriness for kids.

N.B. def buy tickets in advance if possible and kids need socks.

My kids LOVE Zava Zone!!! They get tons of exercise, everything is safe and clean, other customers are nice.

The back half is trampolines. Front half has climbing walls, ninja course, little roller coaster thing. There is also a high ropes course that they love.

We usually opt for 90 minutes. It wears them out. They've never gotten bored born said they want to leave. Its pretty easy to keep an eye on kids. There's no exit toward the back.

The staff is generally a bit uninterested in interacting, except for an awesome guy who leads dodge all sometimes! Usually not busy during the week. Can get crazy son weekends especially if there are birthday parties happening.

This is one of our go-to places. Also good for a behavior motivator. When you meet this goal (practice instrument 5 days) well go to Zava Zone!

Zavazone in sterling location is really clean but problem is always they close early without any notice. They always have excuses for no reason or sometimes shortage staff, when they have 6 people working on that day.
Calling in advance to make sure they open until regular hours and still after 45 min prior of confirming they closed early.
Sooo disappointing …

Awesome way to spend a Sunday morning with the kiddos! No hot sun, just indoor fun for kids of all ages. ZavaZone Sterling is the best of so many worlds for parents of busy kiddos. They have activities that will engage and challenge your kid to address fears of heights. If your kid is willing to take a leap of faith, the heights and rope climbs will not be a problem. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful in getting the kids harnessed in the courses. The facilities are clean, well lit and safety is clearly the number one goal. The restroom was clean, and both paper and soap was restocked. If you’re looking for a party place for a kids party, they have you covered with private rooms as well. Pro Tip, go early as possible to have the place to yourself, it’s a blast! Enjoy.

went with the kids- staff was not engaged and on their phones the whole time. was confused why there was even staff there, since they weren’t doing anything. most of the things were broken but still had to pay full price. not clean anywhere, lots of dirt and trash in the gym and bathrooms. really disappointing experience
