Ben Moss Jewellers

I have been a loyal customer of Ben Moss Erin Mills for several years. Unfortunately, they do not carry Thomas Szabo jewelry which I then purchased at The Goldsmith Shoppe. This collection of jewelry is quite pricy to say the least. One of the charms I purchased cost $120.00 and in less than one year the clasp broke. I went there to see if I could get it repaired. As one of the lady employees approached me, a man employee charged in and took over. He was overbearing, rude and pushy. First he told me he'd have to send the charm away to "possibly" get the same clasp and then showed me the ones they had instore that were far to small. He tried to convince me that it would be fine even after we attempted to attach it to bracelet. At this point I was extremely aggitated by him and said I was going elsewhere.

I walked around the corner to Ben Moss and am extremely thankful that I did. I was welcomed by 3 smiling staff members. I asked them about the repair and shared my experience at the other place. Sam walked to the end of the display case and pulled out a whole assortments of clasps. In a matter of seconds Sam handed me the charm with a new clasp. I was so overjoyed by the amazing customer service that it left me speachless. I couldn't thank Sam enough. Not only did Sam do the repair so quickly he also offered it complimentary.

I know where my loyalty lies... at Ben Moss.
