to say you will do one thing and then do another, and the pricing here is so over the top, and be sure to tell them that you want the gold they may cut away from anything you give them or they will just throw it in their pocket!

I have been dealing with Leduc goldsmiths for over 20 years and find their service to be the best of any around. They always help and make suggestions to fit my budget and are always happy to see me and help with my requests. When they say that it will be done on a certain day, They will always call and have it done sooner than expected--Fantastic service and I wont deal anywhere else.

Went there to change the lock/hook of my necklace, i paid $35 but the material that they replaced for it is totally NOT worth it and it's no longer comfortable to wear i can feel sharp edges in the lock, it took him seconds to finish it then asked for $35...

I took two rings into Leduc Goldsmith to be sized. They took all of my information, MY name and MY phone number on all paperwork. I was given a pick up slip and went on my way. I received a phone call to let me know they were ready for pick up. I called back to let them know I would be in on a certain day to pick them up. When I called, the lady was a bit flustered and couldn't find the rings, she asked to call me back. About 15 minutes went by and a man called me back. Telling me that someone had already picked them up!!!!!!
What's the point of giving the pick up slip when they hand out people's jewelry to anyone that DOES NOT have the right to pick it up!?!? Wouldn't trust this business one bit!!!!

I took a ring here to get it fixed as the stone was loose and I was afraid it would fall out and get lost. When it was time to finally pick up the ring I noticed immediately that something was wrong with the stone. I immediately questioned them about it and they replied that i must have had lotion on and it would cause the stone to not be the same(the stone was like it had something on it and this was not how it was when i took it there to get fixed). Needless to say they did not do or offer to make this situation right. I am extremely disqusted as i was given this ring by my husband and it was one of my favorites-since getting the ring back I have not wore it-this is the first and most definitely the last time i take any thing to this business-LESSON LEARNED-my husband agrees and says the ring was definitely not like that when we took it in-he says its almost like there is glue on the stone. Absolutely disqusted!
