Our family-owned steakhouse knows where the sizzle comes from: the steak. We start with the finest hand-selected cuts of USDA prime and choice meat. There are a variety of cuts to please every palate, from a 9-ounce sirloin to 22-ounce Porterhouse.
Then we wet age it for days to heighten the maximum flavor. Beef this good deserves a thoughtful, cooking method, so we prepare our exceptional wood fired steaks over a grill with a fire made from hardwoods.
