Just Clean It

First, I don't understand the strong reviews, as my experience was TERRIBLE. I arranged for services at $39 an hour x 3 cleaners before moving into a new house. The cleaning service was extremely poor quality and inefficient. The 3 of them spent 2 hours cleaning 3 small bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs, and I still found dust and unclean areas in several places, even after explaining what I expected done (which is also outlined on the checklist provided on their website). One gentleman spent 1 hour cleaning our fridge and freezer, and we still found very dirty spots that were missed after, including his hair in the fridge. I voiced my concern, as Andrew offered to reclean any areas I was not happy with, and the gentleman was called back and proceeded to wipe down the same spots with a dirty rag, which did not address the issue. After 4 hours, most of the main floor was still not done, and they hadn't even touched the basement. I would think this is not acceptable for a group of 3 professional cleaners.

I politely voiced my concerns to Andrew, who proceeded to argue with me and tell me that he had been doing this for "20 years" and that I didn't understand what was involved in doing a deep clean. Maybe so, but if you're going to spend a huge amount of time cleaning something, it better be impeccable. I believe that Andrew was likely the only one doing actual work, and that the rest of the guys were cleaning at an extremely slow pace. After 4 hours (the 'minimum'), I decided I had had enough and asked them to stop. I did not feel it was worth having anything recleaned based on the work I saw. My mother in law came over the next day and we felt that the job was SO poor that we ended up cleaning the whole house ourselves again and my mother in law referred to them as 'scam artists' based on all of the dirty spots we found.

As an aside, if you're going to wear masks during COVID, please ensure that your employees are wearing them properly and cover your nose - I understand it's uncomfortable, but either wear them or just explicitly say that you won't.

All in all, it was a horrible experience. Would never recommend.

After going through a multitude of cleaning services and experiencing frustration over money spent on a job we could have done better ourselves - we found Just Clean It and couldn't be happier with the results. Michele always arrives on time with a pleasant demeanor. She works steadily and quietly lifting and moving every object in need of dusting, she stops to check her work and will redo her own work if it isn't bringing out that luster she's aiming for. Michele cleans our home like it's her home.

Having two small children and running a business on the side has left me with little time to dedicate to my large house. My husband and I decided to give Just Clean It a try, and we are really happy we did. Andrew and his team arrived early, and got to work immediately. They were very respectful of my infant son's nap schedule and cleaned the bedrooms around the times he was napping and were careful not to interrupt me while I was nursing. Andrew's team were also very thorough - I don't think our house has been this clean since we bought it four years ago! I was very happy with the work they did and will be asking them to come in on a regular basis.

I am thrilled with the service I received from Just Clean It. They did an amazing job cleaning my home. They came at a time that was convenient for me (evening) and didn't leave until the job was done. they also cleaned my living room carpet which I didn't think would ever look this good, it looks brand new! I can't say enough about this company and I will be telling all my friends about them. Thank You Andrew for a spectacular job!

There is no better peace of mind than knowing your home will be thoroughly and attentively cleaned by Just Clean It. I have used Just Clean It many times and have always received a superb cleaning job. Andrew excellently cleans my home top to bottom - from the cobwebs in the corners to the dust under the couch - every surface is cleaned and tidied. JCI is efficient and I always feel I get tremendous value for my money. I have used several other cleaning services in the past and none compare to the the top-notch job this company does time and time again. JCI gives you a clean home and the time to enjoy it hassle-free.
