I hired Acient Movers to move my elderly sister, they sent me what looked like a new truck with everything needed to move everything safely. The two fellas they sent, Jacob and Gerry were absolutely awesome, they carefully wrapped everything that need wrapping with pads and plastic wrap and were very careful but efficient. They did the move in what I thought was very good time. Overall I'm very pleased with Ancient Movers, very efficient service and great price, I highly recommend them. Awesome job tyvm

Chann, Chike and Geoge are great movers, working hard and efficient, organizing everything perfectly, Chann is an excellent driver and park his truck perfectly to fit the driveway.

They were especially attentive in making sure that none of the furniture was scratched and that the walls remained untouched throughout the process. This team was so quick and efficient - I found them on Facebook and sent them a message, I got a response within 10 minutes and had people sent out the very next day (although he even offered to have them come out the same day). We had them reflect our pool table and it turned out great.

I was faced with a dilemma in trying to get a pool table from my parents house to my house. After looking around at what options were out there, I spoke with Taron, the only person who was confident that they could do this without an issue. Taron and his crew were very professional and very knowledgeable about what they had to do to protect the pool table during the move. Within a couple of hours they had expertly dismantled and loaded it up into their truck. They had it wrapped in moving blankets with padding that protected our pool table. They were very respectful of our house as they moved the pool table into our basement and into its new place. They were able to keep our pool table from being damaged and the walls as well!
They did such a great job that my parents are going to use Ancient Movers for another job…

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Company

I’ve used this company in the past to move and set up items like a pool table and shuffleboard without any issues, but my most recent experience with them has been an absolute nightmare. This time, I hired them to move and set up an air hockey table, and it will definitely be my last time working with them.

While I understand that different movers may be assigned each time, this last crew made the entire experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. After they left, the sellers of the air hockey table contacted me directly, asking how well I knew the movers and their company because $200 went missing from their house immediately after the movers left.

When the air hockey table was finally set up, they left a mess throughout my entire basement—trash and debris everywhere. To make matters worse, I later discovered a large chunk of the table was broken off. The movers didn’t bother to mention the damage at all.

I immediately contacted the company to address the situation, but instead of resolving the issue, they blocked me and refused to take any responsibility.

If you’re considering hiring this company, take this as a warning. During the holiday season or anytime, you deserve to work with a trusted and reputable moving company—not one that damages property, leaves a mess, and causes you to question the professionalism and trustworthiness of their workers. I would hate for anyone else to go through what I did.

We had ancient movers help with our local move. We moved from a 2 bedroom condo to a detached home. The company owner came to our condo to take a look and give us an estimate of how long it would take. The quote was 4-5 hours total with 2 men. Moving day came and the guys were on time and friendly. They moved at a leisurely pace the entire day and at the end of the day, it took them 7 hours total, which ended up being $300 more. Nothing was broken or damaged, so that was good. But i wouldn’t go so far as to recommend them

Praise and Jarnail did a great job of moving our belongings. They wrapped and padded so no damage occurred and they both carried each item.
We had a 3 hour window and they got it done with almost an hour to spare.
This is our second time using Ancient Movers and the service was excellent both times.
If you need anything moved, these are your guys. Reasonable pricing and responsible workers.

I just had the most wonderful and painless moving experience. Joe and Fred were not only hard working, but they included me, especially when offloading, as to where I wanted the furniture put, doing it all with excellent senses of humour. I highly recommend this professional moving company, and if I ever have to move again, I will be using them. They are reasonable and offer a 10% discount to seniors, which came in handy for the final bill. You'd be crazy to go with any other company for your next move.
