Edgar has a very bad character and is one of the most unpleasant experience to be around. Is unable to produce documents he is required to and to me that shows incomitance and at its best gross neglect. Work with him at your own risk but don't say you haven't been warned.

I would give this a negative 5 if possible. Mr. Zacarian has demonstrated that he is unable to keep a simple work file and does not do well with accepting accountability. Runs away from responsibility and has demonstrated to be incompetent with the most simple tasks such as keeping a copy of appraisal reports that is required, which he deals with by avoiding responsibility. Very unprofessional, rude and an overall unpleasant experience to be around.
