Highly recommend New Era Moving Services. We were so impressed by the level of care the team took in wrapping both important and non important items. They wouldn't push back in moving any items which helped to make the move stress free. 100% would use this company again!

Overall, I was really impressed with how professional they were. The packing was incredibly thorough and I have no concerns about our things being damaged while we store the boxes in our new basement. The move itself was really quick and efficient. The guys were on time (early, actually), courteous, respectful with our belongings, and efficient, overall a positive experience!

just moved with this company. The workers moved fast. Had great attitude, no foul language, just smiling faces as if there is nothing they would rather be doing on a Sunday morning than carrying a washing machine on their back down two flights of stairs. Super strong. Took care of all our things, were carful to protect the things that were more delicate. Would use again and recommend in a heartbeat! Mixed experience with New Era Moving Services. Used them 2 years ago for a Toronto to Mississauga move - excellent service, deserved 5 stars. Recent local Mississauga move was disappointing. Positives: No broken/missing items, polite staff. Negatives: Understaffed (2 people instead of 3), causing delays. Move took 12 hours. We even ordered pizza for the staff as the company didn't provide meals, which wasn't reimbursed or discounted. Main issue: Final bill $5,800, up from $3,800 estimate - a 53% increase! Management unresponsive to concerns. While service was okay, such a large price discrepancy is unacceptable. If $6k was quoted upfront, I'd have considered other options. Hope this is a one-off, but can't recommend due to unreliable estimates and unexpected costs."

New Era helped me move furniture into storage for a Reno including several pieces of art. I found Nick and the crew at New ERA to be professional, courteous, and efficient. Nick was very responsive and clearly communicated at every step. Special shout out to Cedric, the crew lead, some money fell out of a book he was packing, we had no idea it was there (my father in law was a quirky guy) and he brought it to my attention. I will use them again for sure

Recently moved from Pickering and used New Era. Very professional experience from initial conversations with Becca to the day of the move with Paul and his team. No surprises and very happy with their work, organization and attention to detail.

My move was done over two days as I left Toronto for Stratford. Colin was my first point of contact. Excellent customer service skills. I had text reminders and phone call close to the move. The moving crew were great! Most of the guys were there for both days, which I appreciated. They were fun to work with. I’m glad I’m not planning to do this again, but if I was, I wouldn’t hesitate to use New Era again.

I’ve had many bad moving experiences, but this was not one. In fact I cannot imagine a better experience than this one was. The movers required minimal direction, they were polite, professional, friendly and took great care with all our belongings. The fee was fair, and there were no surprise charges at the end of the move. I was less prepared than I should have been, but they were eager to help where required, including disassembling and reassembling furniture. I highly recommend New Era Moving Services, and will not hesitate to avail of thier services for my next move.

New Era Moving were great from start to finish. Colin was very pleasant and helpful during the consultation visit. Alex, Carlos and Tyrese were friendly and efficient. They laid down carpets everywhere to avoid tracking of any mud/dirt/debris. They padded all our furniture and frames strategically to avoid any damage. New Era offers a quote and guaranteed pricing which is what sets them apart from any other moving company (no uncertainty of what the move will cost based on time or weight). Definitely recommend New Era for your next move.

From the beginning, working with New Era was great. Colin was responsive and helpful with our initial consultation and quote. True to his word, the quote was exact with no surprise fees and everything we discussed was moved with no problem from a townhouse to detached.

The team that arrived was efficient and helped disassemble (and reassemble) the large furniture, wrapped everything neatly and moved accordingly. The only thing was the tracking of snow and salt into the house as a result of the snow - but that happened despite their best efforts with runners and it's to be expected while moving in the middle of January. A bit of vacuuming and mopping cleaned that up no problem on our end when the day was done.

I really appreciated their online system of sending the estimate/billing/details electronically. Thank you for making our move so painless! For something that's so stressful, at least I didn't have to worry about this.
