I had a wonderful experience with the customer service representative (Kendria). She was very helpful and professional. I was shown alternate routes to my unit; and the extra time was taken to also show me the restroom facilities (which were very clean and odor free).
A few days later, when I arrived to start placing items in my unit; I was pleasantly surprised to find flat-bed carts were available for usage... this saved me a lot of time during the unloading and transporting process. It was explained that units are checked twice a day to ensure that units were secured.
It truly was a value-added experience. EXTRA SPACE STORAGE by far is the greatest experience I have encountered in renting storage spaces!
