Not a great place to order fabricated metals as the prices are extremely high and lot of times, does not meet your needs. They delay your quote and materials and prefers to do things their own way, unless their was a good reason for it. When it comes to following up with them, they would either ignore you or yell at you through the phone. The customers/clients are always right and you need to learn to treat them right. It would be very difficult for you to succeed in business like this.
