Aroma Thyme Bistro is a Hudson Valley farm to table restaurants, it’s opened in 2003 in Ellenville, NY. Being green minded since day one, Aroma Thyme was the first Certified Green Restaurant in upstate New York. Aroma Thyme has one of the best stocked bars with 250 craft beers, 250 fine wines & 250 boutique spirits. The restaurant is all about supporting local, but beyond that they pride themselves in small independent brands from all over the globe.
We're proud to be one of the first Certified Green Restaurants in upstate New York. We've made it our mission to support local businesses and independent brands from across the globe—and we're not just talking' about our wine list!
As well as being a great place for dinner and drinks with friends, we also have a large children's menu that includes healthy options for fussy eaters.
