I brought in my grad dress to be hemmed and dry-cleaned. The dress came back smelling awful, and it was barely hemmed at all. The back of the dress still had nearly 4 inches of material dragging on the ground! My dress is layered, and the bottom layer of white was visible when I walked, and the top layer is puckered from where it was trimmed. I paid $150 for this crappy job. I returned and they refused to refund me at all. Next time I will know to try it on and NOT pay for this type of workmanship. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
