Basic. In the very best way. Perfect portional ingredients with very good quality meat made by trained staff who know exactly the product they want to put out.
No gimmicks. Just fresh good products.

I had the pleasure of trying Cabanos Cheeseburgers and absolutely loved it! I ordered the Angus Prime Burger with loaded chilli fries, and everything was fantastic. The food tasted fresh and satisfying, without that heavy “fast food” feeling afterward. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and the service was quick and efficient. I’ll definitely be back!

I wish I got two patties LOL, was very yummy smash burger. I really like the fries as well, great definition of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The burger was soft but balanced out with the crispy patty.
There’s a kiosk if you don’t want to talk to anyone, and there were plenty of empty seats when I went in.

Thank you for having me :)

What the hell happened?

A year ago Cabono's was one of the best burgers in Toronto. I personally have recommended this place at least a dozen times to friends and family.

Now? 25 dollars for two anemic cheeseburgers that were no where near the weight they claim (1/4 pound of meat) with the saddest toppings I've seen in a burger outside of McDonald's. These burgers had LESS meat than a McDouble; and for three times the price!

The 7.49 fries are HALF A BAG that were clearly cooked 30 minutes ago, and left to limp in a heater.

What an absolute disgrace. This place used to mean something in the Toronto food scene. Good grief, does every good eats in Toronto need to fall apart?

*Update to the merchant comment.*

25 bucks is the normal cost of these burgers. That's what I'm calculating here. 11.86 * 2 + tax. That's $27.18

I picked up the order. I was there right when the order was complete. This, is exactly what it looked like when I got home a block away.

I am positive. I previously wrote you guys a glowing review, and have been coming here almost every week. This was just a pathetic excuse for what you guys used to produce. I don't own a burger chain, and don't have a motive behind this beyond showing you what you are selling.

Stay positive.

Do you see a burger? I DONT BECAUSE THIS IS THE BEST BURGER IVE EVER HAD IN A LONG TIME AND I SCARFED IT DOWN. The service was quick and snappy. The burger? Juicy and thick AND affordable.

I’m definitely coming back again. And again. And again.

Nice little spot with a limited but good menu. I got the double cheeseburger with chili cheese fries and my mom got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. The burger was well seasoned and juicy and the chicken was juicy and had thick strips of bacon. Good stop.

The burgers were absolutely delicious! We had the cabana and cheeseburger and they were both so tasty, perfectly seasoned! The fries were real potatoes and perfectly seasoned as well. Very filling, they didn’t skimp on anything. Our combos were about $20 per person (plus tax) with bottled drinks, and well worth it. Great little fast food joint and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend!

This free Prime Angus cheeseburger at Cabano’s was well advertised on Instagram and TikTok and I was afraid to go for 12noon because of a long line up. But I went early at 11:20am and the line was not bad.

Got my free burger and it was good! It looked beautiful and was delicious! I loved the soft sesame seed bun. But if it had a sauce I couldn’t really taste it. A unique sauce is what separates a smashburger from good to great so this wasn’t great.

But check them out anyways. I met the owner Kevin and he was really nice and was at the front counter calling out our names on waiting list. The ambiance was warm inside and seating is mostly barstools at several counters.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers for delivery. It was really good but for my taste a bit too dry. I will order next time with dipping sauce. The bun was very sweet - if you don't like it i wouldn't recommend to eat here. The meat had a great quality !

This small restaurant has an excellent smash burgers. The Cabano burger made with 8oz of fresh meat, plenty of American cheese, unique deep-fried jalapenos and their own burgers sauce. It is sure to please the burger connoisseur. Best deal with the combo with an old fashion soda (no Coca-Cola or Pepsi here which is a good thing) and choice of side. Blue cream soda is wonderful!

Service is fast and efficient to ensure the burger reaches you at the height of perfection. The ordering machine which looks like a giant iPhone allows you to customize your burger.

There is fried chicken sandwiches (both chicken supreme and spicy supreme) are also very good and beat the large chains hands-down.

Well worth checking out.

A great place for a single double
or triple burger or chicken. Great fries and onion rings too. Nice seating area all High tops and they have a patio in the summer. Combos are under $20.

I had two different people rave to me about this place so we gave it a whirl. I really, really wanted to love it but nope. The burger was good. Not great, just good. The Chilli Cheese fries were decent but the cheese sauce was a turnoff. It was fine, but I wouldn’t bother going back. To be honest I’d go with Burgers Priest chilli cheese fries and burger before I went with Cabano’s.

The best burger and best chicken sandwich in the city, hands down. Run by great people. Longtime customer. You won’t be disappointed!

Do not go to any other burger joint. I have literally tried them all. (Because I'm a burger fanatic)This place takes the cake and I have yet to find a burger that beats it. It leaves you feeling full and satisfied which makes you feel awesome and not like you are eating greasy garbage.
