Here is my long overdue review for my fave burger joint! I have been a Holy Chuck fan since 2013 🙏 and I’ve been coming back over and over again, bringing my friends and tried almost every burger on the menu. It knocks it out of the park every time! Always delicious, fresh, creative and hits the spot. It’s the best burger in Toronto and no one will ever convince me otherwise. The menu just changed but if you were around before that and had the Holy Duck you will know that it was the greatest creation in burger history! I also want to say a special shout out to the AMAZING staff at Yonge and St Clair. I have always been greeted with a smile, friendly service. I swear they are also part of the reason I am a loyal Holy Chuck customer. They even remembered my name when I moved out of the neighborhood and came back 🥲 goes to show how many burgers I’ve ordered 🤣 Everyone needs that one burger place that consistently slaps and you feel happy to give your money to!

The burgers are tender and has some flavor but add the caramelized onions and it’s really good. The fries are good but it’s too bad they aren’t not thicker. This place is comparable to the Shake Shack and just as expensive. It’s $7 for a chocolate milkshake while it’s only $3 at Harvey’s and it’s only one size-small.

Super disappointed, was my go-to place for burguers, honestly the best burguer in Toronto. I'm very far away so always ordered through uber eats. I decided to order again yesterday and they reduced significantly their menu and added a weird sauce to their burgers. I honesty liked the simple burger, bacon, cheese, egg combo, no sauce, it was amazing, the patty was tall, smoky, salted to perfection. It WAS. i dont know what happened now unfortunatelly

Been wanting to try Holy Chuck for years and it definitely lived up to the hype. The burger was cooked really well, with a nice sear on the outside while staying thick and juicy inside. The steamed bun was a great touch and brought everything together. Overall, great flavour and quality. I would definitely come back

What happened to Holy Chuck?... It was one of the best places for a burger a year ago. We came with my family and portions are significantly smaller and even if the burger and milkshakes are still good ish the quality is not the same. The buns were wet. And it is the minimum for the prices I think Holy Chuck is not worth it anymore. So sad. These are 6 dollars fries in the photo (just picked up from the counter)

Definitely a 5/5 for a fast food spot. Service was excellent and the food is very good too. The price is average but the burger definitely feels on the high quality end.

100/5 stars, if possible.

Holy Chuck at 1450 Yonge Street in Toronto has ruined me for all other burgers and shakes forever. Walked in for a casual bite, got hit with a warm welcome from the super friendly staff who, at this point, actually feel like my long lost family. It is my personal life mission to eventually try all the burgers on the menu. Every single ingredient is SO FRESH, and the juicy patties are a perfection every time, but imma be real.. the ultimate star is the REAL STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE. My goodness gracious, it’s the best milkshake I’ve ever had in my life, and I am absolutely addicted. Their creamy, fresh strawberry hits different. It's literally a blessing in a cup.

I am not kidding, I am addicted to the real strawberry milkshake. It's a MUST try, but seriously, be careful because I bet you will also get addicted. My wallet’s lighter, but my soul is happier. The friendly staff is a cherry on top, making this my #1 burger and milkshake spot. I'm insane to not trying this place sooner.

If you’re in Toronto craving comfort food with a side of heart, head to Holy Chuck. (And try the *real strawberry milkshake*.

This is easily the best burger in the city. Far better than Rosie's, burger drops, etc... The meat here is noticeably higher quality, and the fact that you can order medium rare (since they grind their meat in house) automatically puts it above almost any other burger spot in the city.

If you prefer dried out paper thin smash burgers, you'll probably prefer other places. For me holy chuck is smashed to the exact right level.

I go here for two things, really great sloppy burgers and amazing milkshakes.

The burgers, this is the classic sloppy burger. They are juicy, the meat tastes fresh and if you order one of their house special burgers you will not be disappointed. I’ve had their signature burger the Big Chuck, The Smokey Cow and Raging Bull. All three are just perfect examples of what the classic juicy, sloppy burger should be. There’s no way to be dainty or elegant eating one of these burgers and that’s exactly how a good burger should be.

In regards to the milkshakes, they are without question the best milkshakes I’ve had in Toronto And I’ve tried a lot. You can taste not just that they’re 100% ice cream, but that they’re using quality ice cream. Their flavours are amazing, the strawberry milkshake actually tastes like strawberries and some of their Nutella milkshakes are just out of this world. I’ve heard they make good fried chicken here, but the burgers are so good I’ve never tried it.

In general the place is clean, service is polite and efficient and the dining room is small but never too crowded to find a spot. Also I really appreciate that their point of sale machine doesn’t ask for a tip. In this day and age where you sometimes get asked to tip at the convenience store, just getting a prompt to tap and pay feels like a welcome change.

The best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. We shared a dipped chicken sandwich and a holy chuck with fries and HOLY CHUCK is it ever delicious! Juicy beef, crispy juicy chicken, and super saucy. Fries are seasoned and very good but not out of the ordinary. Overall a must stop for anyone in Toronto!

I used to be a big fan of holy chucks when I was a student and worked at Yonge & St Clair but now a days it just isn’t the same.
Honestly just your average Toronto burger.
The poutine should be skipped it’s pricey and underwhelming.
