What began as a small fry wagon, evolved into a bigger family-owned business with her husband Larry Moore, son and daughters Michael, Andrea and Merrissa Moore, along with various other family members and friends. Julie was able to win the hearts of many and eventually served the people more than just burgers and fries, by expanding the menu to more BBQ favourites such as 16-hour smoked Ribs, Brisket and Pulled Pork, Turkey and Chicken, plus a few SMOKIN’ HOT sides.
Today, you can find us in a sweet spot along Highway 60 across from the Kawartha Dairy, overlooking the calm nature view of Fairy Lake.
