I had to look for a lot of stuff for a wedding. After a few stores, I stopped by Linen chest where I was impressed by the quality of their products and their wide tabletop and decoration selection which was perfect for the wedding I was helping to prepare. People there were helpful and welcoming, answering all my questions. I also used their website to order a few articles, there was a small delay for one of the items which was oversize for standard delivery so I went and got it directly at the store. I suggest you stop by this great store.

I live about 1 hour away from the my Linen Chest store, we needed a few things for the house and some gifts for a wedding so my husband and I made the drive on a Saturday. Let me start off by saying we are not the easiest shoppers as we like to make sure what we get is what we actually want ( given the 1 hr drive each way). The employees we dealt with were so patient and helpful. We even discovered a few interesting things about the type of coffee machine and frother we wanted to purchase and really love the easy features that were explained to us. That being said, we left the store and realized the next day we had forgotten to get extra pillow cases and bed skirt, we went online, ordered it and received it 2 days later without a hitch.

I was in the process of getting prices for window treatments from my local Linen Chest store…yet the shopper in me still wanted to make sure I had the best deal in town but also good service to back it up since installing new window coverings is no cake walk, well amazingly enough I worked hard for nothing, all to come back to Linen Chest. Not only do they have experienced decorators helping you throughout the process , they come to your house and spend time with you in order to find the right look, product and all within your budget. I also learned that they don’t only match any competitors prices but beat them too. They have this great price policy that they will match and beat competitors pricing within a full year…never thinking twice again shopping at that store!

The store and staff were very accommodating despite an error I made on a recent purchase. I had bought the wrong size comforter and only realized last week after the room got painted. They were quite helpful and even left with a few more items I needed to complete our living room decor…It was a very enjoyable experience.

It’s unfortunate. The store is engagingly displayed and the quality and quantity of items is incredible.
The level of customer service, however, is not nearly as extraordinary.
I ordered a duvet cover at the end of December 2010. The customer service representative was confident that I would receive it at the end of the week, as it is ‘in the chain’. Meaning that it was at another store. It is now January 15. I followed up on January 6, 2011 with the customer service department located in Quebec as I was quickly getting nowhere when I called the store in Erin Mills. They assured me it would be delivered to the Erin Mills Linen Chest store in a week. I did mention today is January 15? The duvet has not left Quebec. The store displays great promise, but don’t believe their promises.

I have been forced to go there to bring back Hunter-Douglas blinds for repair. Out of three visits, I experienced the rudest service ever! Plus, they make everyone stand in line, even to bring in a blind. What's the matter with these people? There are much better places where they treat you with respect and don't cost as much

Terrible customer service after order online. There's better stores with better deals ! Don't bother ordering from Linen Chest on "sale" items.
