Bartholomew Bakery is an artisanal bakery that specializes in classic French pastries and sourdough bread. Our menu is heavily influenced by the Canadian seasons, so all of our products are baked fresh daily using the highest quality ingredients from local farmers. Although our staples remain the same throughout the year, we rotate our specials on a bi-weekly basis. We take great pride in everything we do, including our specialty coffee that is ethically sourced, savoury pastries, fresh croissants and cookies, and freshly baked pies.
