To be fair, I last visited in person over a year ago, so maybe their practices have changed in this regard, but I was very much pressured into giving a 5-star review by the people who set up my account, which on principle I now give a single star to any business who pulls that on me. In addition, while this is more due to corporate policy than anything the individual employees can do, they pretty much refuse to work with you if you start falling behind on payments. No payment plans, no partial payments, nothing. If you don't have the disposable income to consistently stay on top of $300+ per month payments (naturally, whatever deals or discounts they offer don't last very long), I'd look elsewhere for my storage needs.

Fantastic storage facility! Very well organized & secured. Storage units are well maintained, neat & clean. Also they have a plethora of available storage options for you, within great price range! I must admit that their customer service is top-notch! The manager of this location, Nowshin, was very helpful & insightful. Picked the best storage solution for me & made the overall procedure very smooth and easy-to understand. Staffs & services like this are what makes a company/business great!

She was helpful enough for me to pick the most suitable unit for my stuffs. I'm satisfied with their service. Will totally recommend to whoever is looking for a storage unit.

Hats off to the manager at this location, this is the first Access Storage that is well maintained. As a client with my business partners, the previous locations we had our storage wasnt well maintained. According to the young lady at that location she mentioned it is not her fault that sometimes their regional managers don't want to create I think she called it tickets.

That is sad and the staff will get blame for this. However I must say Dufferin location I would recommend to my partners and business clients. The washrooms are clean, the hallways are nicely painted and the surroundings are well maintained. The manager for sure takes her job well, her regional manager also did well for allowing the manager to do her job 100%.

I have already recommended this location and thanks to the manager along with her team of maintenance/staff for making me feel welcome. I would give more stars but its all they have.

I met with a smile and a huge greeting from Nowshin Promi as soon as I walked in the door. I was in and out in 20 minutes loaded with information and a unit rented ! It was easy and a pleasure!

A very convenient location, and the place is clean. I was also able to take advantage of the summer promo for a set period.
Initially, I received too many calls from different customer service team members, which did get annoying, but other than that, Access Storage Toronto Dufferin certainly deserves 5 stars (5/5).

I've been with Access Storage for 3.5 years now while travelling overseas and they've been great. Their late fees offer a lot of flexibility and if you ever run into any issues, they'll do their best to accommodate. Clive (the assistant manager) and Nowshin (the manager) are super friendly and on the ball. 10/10 recommended. Great experience overall!

It was a great experience getting a unit here. From my first call to a visit to see my unit in person, everything was seamless. Paul at the office was super helpful showing me around and suggesting various options, not to mention the quick paperwork he did for me. Definitely recommend the services for those looking for extra storage.

The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Having 2 access roads does make it easier to drive in. The facility is kept clean and well maintained. The after-hours number to call is answered by a real person.

My experience with Access Storage was very positive. Compared to another facility I have used, the Access Storage facility was cleaner and in better repair, and the available equipment worked well. Also, the interactions with staff were much more friendly and engaging, and everything was explained clearly and managed efficiently. The next time I need a storage facility I will definitely consider Access Storage first.

Very smooth experience, the friendly store manager took the time to explain everything in detail and was very patient in answering all my questions and concerns. Communication was fast and effective. The facility is well equipped with everything for your storage and transportation needs. The facility is conveniently located close to York university.

I recently visited Access Storage and had a mixed experience. Paul, who initially assisted me, was very polite and did a great job navigating me through the site. His professionalism and helpfulness made the process smooth and pleasant. However, my interaction with another staff member, Nawoshin, was not as positive. She was very loud and could benefit from being a bit more polite when explaining things to customers. Overall, the facility itself is well-maintained and Paul's excellent service stands out.

Just rented a unit from here. The process was super easy. Clive who checked me in was super knowledgeable and fast with the process, plus great at explaining the access and showing me around. Everything was fast, easy, and convenient. Great experience.
