I had a breast revisit and could not be happier. Dr. Norman Rowe is very professional and thorough. He is over 3 hours away from me but it was worth the drive. My breast look beautiful and are exactly what I was wanting. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Norman Rowe for anyone looking into any plastic cosmetic surgery.

I want to thank dr. Rowe and the staff for all their help for get this going: my breast reduction what not have happened if not for the wonderful staff, and the dr, don’t know why I waited, can't thank them enough!! if I could give them 10 stars I would!!!
