The best plastic surgeon around. Dr Rowe explains everthing in great detail. His techniques for surgery are the best. I am so happy with the results.
Dr. Rowe and his staff are 1st class, they spend time with you listening to your questions and explaining everything in detail. Not all patients are there for elective surgeries and from day 1 he made me feel like I could trust him and that I was in good hands. Highly recommended!!
