About 15 years ago, this woman held my RESPs and RSPs. Because I was moving, I went into the office and requested a copy of all of my accounts. I thought that there were some lacking, but they insisted I had everything.
Just today I received another letter from a company, who had tracked me down through Equifax. (Last company tracked me down through RevCanada)
There were at least 4 accounts that she neglected to transfer over to my new company. Thank goodness for the persistence of the investment companies.
I wish there were some way to penalize her for this carelessness.
