Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I love that it is once a week for 10 minutes. It is easy to get in and out. I can tell that I am getting stronger.
I have a very good experience in doing the exercises. I have problems with my knees and now I doing much the pain reduced I will say 60% for what I just to have so I do recommend it for everyone
