Founded in 2003 by Dr. Shanmuganathan Chandra Mohan, High Desert Eye Center has been serving the local community with high-quality, patient-centric ophthalmology care since 2003. Dr. Juancho Remulla joined the practice in 2014, and together, this team has developed an outstanding reputation for clinical and surgical excellence. In addition to a clinic location in Apple Valley, the practice owns Desert Valley Medical Group, the only freestanding ambulatory surgery center within the High Desert. With Dr. Chandra Mohan’s retirement in May 2022, High Desert Eye Center has joined the Pacific Eye Institute family within the Inland Empire Region. All patient records, along with Dr. Remulla, the clinical staff, the surgical staff, and the ASC have transferred to the Pacific Eye Institute team, effective May 2, 2022. Services offered at the ASC include cataracts, glaucoma, medical retinal injections, and oculoplastic. We look forward to serving you!
